my Favourite hospitality podcasts

I have 3 dogs that need walking twice a day. Although this is mainly enjoyable sometimes it can be a bit of drag. I have always been the sort of person that likes to maximise his time. When I was a teenager I stopped reading fiction and started reading history or business books instead as I thought this would be a better use of my times and more instructive. If I want to wind down I watch a movie. Nowadays I love a good audiobook as well and I find that business biographies or business stories are my favourite. But when I am looking for a 30 to 60 minute quick fix, podcasts are my favourite choice. So what are the best business/hospitality business podcasts out there? Those are, in no particular order, my top 10:
  1. The Baron Report: this is a must listen if you want to keep up to date with the latest trends and techologies. Mr Barron has access to top players and the things I learnt listening to this podcast, I would have never learned anywhere else
  2. Restaurant Unstoppable: Eric Cacciatore is full of charisma and interviews, mainly American restauranteurs. The Episodes are more times than not over 1 hour long. Some can be a bit longwinded, but for the most parts one can find good, inspirational stories of down-to-earth operators, with their stories, struggles, failures and successes.
  3. Fast Casual: again by Mr Baron, but aimed at the Fast Casual sector. Very interesting to keep up with trends
  4. Connecting the Doughs: (disclaimer, I am one of the hosts) In this podcast Filippo and Alan talk to pizza chef, Pizza owners and other players in this industry. The podcast is light hearted and fun but with a few pearls on entrepreneurship and a few interesting stories of how pizza chefs carved a career for themselves
  5. Restaurant Strategy: Chip is very easy to listen to and talks a lot of sense. Very good advice for small restaurant operator from how to take pictures to how to be more creative
Let me know what you listen to and whether there should be other podcasts in my top 5
