My mission is too help small restaurant operators that are struggling or want to improve, to succeed, to achieve their life goals and return to enjoy that job that they used to love so much."

I have started this company with the genuine aim of helping other small restaurant owners that are struggling. Sometimes operators have loads of passion and goodwill, but they may lack the business acumen, organisation or knowledge to be successful. This is where we can come in and help. As I mentioned at the top of the page I have been working for large hotel chains like the Mandarin Oriental and Fairmont, and almost two years in a Michelin star restaurant. This is when I realised large companies were not for me. Too much corporate jargon, too many meetings, too much bureaucracy, a lot of internal politics and above all little room for personal creativity and quick thinking. Although I have eaten in many Michelin star restaurants, my heart lies with the small independent, the local brasserie or gastropub, the little pizzeria around the corner or the cafe that makes everything in house. Small is beautiful.
